ITA - Dichiarazione di intento

This module lets you register Italian declarations of intent received from or issued to business partners, each with a validity period, a telematic protocol number, a plafond (limit amount) and the taxes it covers. You find them under Accounting ▸ Declarations of intent, with a form showing the state (Valid, Expired, Closed), the used and available amounts, and a Details tab listing the invoices that consumed the plafond.

On invoices, the module automatically selects the fiscal position linked to a valid declaration for the partner and invoice date, and you can also pick declarations manually with the "Select Manually" button. On each invoice line you can force a specific declaration. When an invoice is posted, the system checks that the declaration's available plafond is sufficient and blocks posting with an error if it is exceeded; it then records the used amount and adds a note on the invoice with the declaration date and protocol number. Cancelling an invoice releases the amount back to the declaration.

In company settings you define a yearly plafond per year; creating an issued declaration beyond that yearly limit is refused. Fiscal positions can be flagged as valid for declarations of intent, and they must have taxes configured. The module also updates the fiscal position on sales orders based on the order date.
