ITA - Dichiarazione di intento

This module lets you register declarations of intent received from or issued to partners, each with a number, validity period, telematic protocol, taxes and a plafond (limit amount). Declarations are found under Accounting > Declarations of intent.

• On a company you can define yearly plafond limits (Exporter Plafond tab in company settings); the module computes how much has been issued and actually used per year.
• A fiscal position can be flagged as valid for declarations of intent, and it must have taxes configured.
• On sales orders and customer/supplier invoices, the fiscal position is automatically set based on the partner and date when a valid declaration exists.
• On invoices you can see the linked declarations and use the 'Select Manually' button to pick them yourself.
• Each invoice line can force a specific declaration.
• When the invoice is posted, the module checks the available plafond and blocks posting if the limit is exceeded, and it records the used amounts on the declaration lines.
• For customer invoices, a note with the declaration date and telematic protocol is added to the invoice.
• Cancelling an invoice removes its declaration lines.
• Declarations have states (valid, expired, closed) and can be force-closed or reopened; a declaration with linked invoices cannot be deleted.
