ITA - Termini fiscali di pagamento

This module prepares Odoo for Italian electronic invoicing by introducing two reference lists used by the FatturaPA format: fiscal payment terms (for example instalments, full payment, advance) and fiscal payment methods (for example cash, cheque, bank transfer, SEPA direct debit, PagoPA).

On the standard Payment Terms screen (account.payment.term) two new fields appear: Fiscal Payment Term and Fiscal Payment Method. They are shown in the form after the payment term lines and also as columns in the payment terms list. Both fields are read-only in the form, so the values are picked from the pre-loaded lists rather than typed freely.

• The lists are pre-loaded with the official codes: payment terms TP01 to TP03 plus a fallback entry, and payment methods MP01 to MP23.
• Accountants and billing users can read these lists; only accounting managers can create, edit or delete them.
• Linking a fiscal term and method to a payment term means invoices using that payment term can be transmitted with the correct Italian fiscal codes.

No automatic computations, checks, emails or scheduled jobs are added by this code; it is a preparatory data and configuration module for electronic invoicing.
