ITA - Ritenute d'acconto - Financial Reports

This module is installed automatically when both the Italian withholding tax module and the financial reports module are present. It does not add new menus or screens; it changes the existing Open Items report (both the on-screen/PDF version and the Excel export).

What changes for the user: - Two new columns appear in the report: "Net to pay" and "Residual net to pay". - For journal items belonging to a move that has withholding tax, the net-to-pay amount is calculated by adding back the withholding tax amount to the original amount, so the report shows the amount actually payable to the supplier instead of the gross amount. - The residual net-to-pay is computed by starting from the net-to-pay amount and adding the amounts of the reconciled entries, ignoring the entries that were generated by the withholding tax itself. - For lines without withholding tax, the new columns simply repeat the original and residual amounts already shown. - The report totals per account and per partner also include a residual net-to-pay total, shown in the ending/cumulative section of the report.

The module touches the Open Items report logic and its Excel export, and the report templates that display the header, the lines and the totals. No new business rules, emails or scheduled actions are added.
