Japanese Employee Kana Name

This module extends the Employees app with a kana reading for each person's name, which is useful in Japan where the same name can be read in different ways.

On the employee form, a new kana name field appears right under the employee name, with an example placeholder showing the expected format (surname and given name in katakana). The field is also added to the employee list view, hidden by default so users can switch it on when needed.

In the employee search bar, a new "Name (Kana)" filter lets users find employees by typing the pronunciation instead of the written name.

The same additions are made to the public employee directory (hr.employee.public), which is what internal users see when browsing colleagues: the kana field is shown on the form and list, and the "Name (Kana)" search filter is available there too. On the public model the kana field is read-only, and it follows the same formatting rule as the main employee record so that searches stay consistent.

The module relies on the Japanese kana localization and the standard Employees app, and it does not add menus of its own — it only enriches existing employee screens and searches.
