Dutch country states (Provincies)

This module loads the official Dutch regions as states for the country Netherlands, so they can be selected on any address form. It includes the twelve provinces (Drenthe, Flevoland, Friesland, Gelderland, Groningen, Limburg, Noord-Brabant, Noord-Holland, Overijssel, Utrecht, Zuid-Holland, Zeeland) plus Aruba, Curaçao, Sint Maarten, Bonaire, Saba and Sint Eustatius.

A new internal table maps ranges of zip codes to a province. When a user types a zip code on a contact, partner or company address, Odoo looks up the matching range and fills in the province automatically. This also happens when a contact is created or saved, so existing records get corrected when their zip code changes.

• If the country is not the Netherlands, the province is left as entered, unless it was a Dutch province, in which case it is cleared.
• If the country is empty, the module assumes the Netherlands.
• If the zip code contains no digits, no province is set.

The mapping data is read-only for all users; only the module itself maintains it. The module touches res.partner and res.country.state, and adds the res.country.state.nl.zip model.
