Netherlands ICP Statement (apart from BTW)

This module adds a dedicated ICP statement that is managed independently from the Dutch VAT (BTW) statement. It is useful when the reporting periods differ, for example a quarterly BTW return but a monthly ICP listing.

• A new menu "NL ICP Statement" appears under the Accounting reports menu, available to accounting managers. It opens a list and form where ICP statements are created and reviewed.
• On the ICP statement form, the ICP lines tab is shown and the regular statement and entry lines tabs are hidden, so users focus on the ICP data only.
• Each ICP line shows the partner and, if something is wrong, an error message. Lines with errors are highlighted in red, and a search button lets users open the related journal items.
• The Post and Finalize buttons are hidden while any ICP line has an error, so a statement with problems cannot be posted or finalized.
• The module also hides the ICP tab on the regular BTW statement form, keeping the two statements apart.
• Journal entries and journal items are linked to the ICP statement, and the existing ICP report and Excel export are made available on the new ICP statement model.
• The code also checks country codes and flags lines without a partner as errors.
