MT940 BT Format Bank Statements Import

This module adds a new bank statement import format for Romanian Banca Transilvania (BT) MT940 files. When you import a bank statement file, Odoo can recognise the BT format automatically if the selected journal's bank has the BIC BTRLRO22, or when the BT format is explicitly chosen.

The BT format becomes available in the list of import formats on bank journals, so users can pick it when importing a statement file.

• The parser reads the BT-specific header, transaction and closing lines, and builds the statement name from the sequence number.
• Transaction dates, amounts (credit/debit sign) and references are read from the BT transaction line.
• The free-text description line is stored as the payment reference and narration of the transaction.
• The module tries to detect the counterparty name, its tax identifier (CIF) and its bank account (IBAN) from that free text, and links the transaction to an existing partner when a match is found.
• If the statement's account number matches one of the company's bank accounts, that account number is used for the import.

It extends the bank statement import wizard, the bank journal import format list, and the Romanian MT940 parser. No new menus or screens are added; everything happens through the standard bank statement import flow.
