Romania - Payment Receipt Report

This module gives Romanian companies ready-to-print cash documents in Odoo Accounting.

• On a payment (account.payment), a new report called "Romania Payment Receipt" can be printed from the print menu. It is laid out on A5 landscape paper. It shows whether money was received from or sent to the partner, the partner's address, tax ID and trade register number, the amount in figures and in words, the invoices the payment settles, and a space for signature and stamp. For non-Romanian records the standard Odoo payment receipt is printed instead.

• On a bank statement line (account.bank.statement.line), a report called "Payment disposal / collection" is available from the print menu. It is only produced for Romanian records. Depending on the sign of the amount it is titled Payment Reception or Payment Disposal, and it shows the partner, function, amount in figures and in words, and the payment reference. It includes signature boxes for the unit manager and the financial-accounting department, a section to be filled in only for disposals (identity document, amount received, date, signature) and a cashier block where "Paid" or "Received" is struck through according to the direction of the money.

• A button method on the bank statement line prints the receipt of the linked payment.

Amounts in words rely on the num2words Python library, which must be installed on the server.
