Romania - Point of Sale

This module adjusts the Point of Sale for Romanian companies. It installs automatically when the Romanian localization and POS stock features are present.

In the payment screen, the cashier sees a warning when the cash part of a sale reaches 5,000 lei ("Sale to individuals only..") and a stronger message when it reaches 10,000 lei, saying that a cash sale of more than 10,000 lei cannot be made. These messages appear on the payment status area of the POS screen.

On the session sales details report, two extra columns are added for each product line: the unit stock cost and the stock value (cost times quantity), plus a total stock value for the sales section. The cost is computed as an average from the valued stock moves of the session's orders.

When the Romanian stock accounting module is installed, every stock move already creates its own accounting entry. In that case the module removes the goods-issue lines that the POS session closing entry would otherwise add, so the cost of goods is not booked twice. If only the Romanian configuration module is present, the closing entry keeps those lines as usual.

For Romanian companies, the POS reference is copied into the reference field of the generated customer invoice. Demo data creates two cash registers (stores Centru and Nord) with cash and card payment methods.
