Romania - Stock Accounting Landed Cost

This module adapts the standard landed cost feature for Romanian accounting. On a landed cost record it adds a 'Landed Cost Type' field and a checkbox that decides whether the cost is spread only on the follow-up stock moves instead of the original receipt.

When the cost is computed, the module follows the chain of destination moves of each receipt and creates separate Romanian valuation adjustment lines for every destination move, splitting the amount by the quantities actually consumed. These lines are shown in a new 'Romania - Distributed Valuation Lines' tab on the landed cost form, and a 'Not Distributed Amount' column appears on the standard adjustment lines.

On validation, the value of the destination moves is updated, and accounting entries are generated using the Romanian stock move type accounts. For certain reception types (notice, in progress) and usage giving moves, extra journal entries are posted automatically. If a Romanian stock move type is missing, the user gets an error.

When a landed cost is created from a vendor bill, the module fills in the related done receipts and copies the expense account from the invoice line. Stock move valuation also includes the distributed landed costs in its value and description.
