Romania - Retail Stock Report (Marfa in Magazin)

This module gives Romanian retailers a report that reconciles shop stock with the accounts. It appears under Inventory > Reporting as two menu entries: "Retail Stock" and "Retail Stock by Period".

• The main report lists one line per shop and product. For each line it shows the quantity recorded, the stock value at cost, the markup carried (account 378), the deferred VAT carried (account 4428) and the retail value (account 371), which is simply the three added together. Unit cost and unit retail price are also shown.
• A "To Revalue" column compares today's shelf price from the shop's pricelist with the price the stock actually carries. Any line where this is not zero is highlighted in orange, signalling that a price change document is due for that product.
• A "Not in the ledger" figure shows stock physically on the shelf that the markup records do not know about (for example goods present before the module was installed); such lines are highlighted in red, and a filter lists them.
• The "Retail Stock by Period" wizard asks for a start date, an end date and optionally specific shops. Movements before the start date are folded into an opening balance, and the report then splits each line into opening, in, out, corrections and closing figures. The closing figures are the ones to compare with the trial balance.
• The report is read-only, visible to inventory users and accountants, and filtered by company.
