Thai Localization - Government Assets Management

This module enriches the Assets screens with information needed for Thai government asset registers. On an asset you can now store the related Purchase Order, the responsible Employee, a Location, Serial Number, Guarantee start and end dates, Model and Brand, plus a Removed Reason. A new "Other Information" tab holds these fields, and a "Maintenance" tab lets you log maintenance lines with date, reference and description.

Asset Locations are managed from a new menu under the Assets configuration, where you can create, archive and search locations; assets can be grouped and filtered by location, employee, serial number, model and brand.

When removing assets, a new "Remove Asset" button on the removal wizard lets you remove several selected assets at once, but only assets that are running or closed; low-value assets and other assets cannot be mixed in the same operation. The removal reason is saved on each asset, and the asset number is written into the reference of the related journal entry. The same numbering is used when transferring assets.

On purchase order lines you can choose an Asset Profile, which is carried to the invoice and then to the created asset. If the invoice comes from a work acceptance, the asset start date is taken from the acceptance date. A company setting lets you stamp the analytic account and analytic tags on all asset move lines.
