Thai Localization - Withholding Tax Certificate Form

This module gives you a printable Thai withholding tax certificate (the standard form used to prove tax was withheld from a supplier payment) directly from the Withholding Tax Certificates records.

Where it appears: - A new report named "WT Certificates (pdf)" is available on the withholding tax certificate screen (Print menu). - A "Send by email" action is added on the same screen, opening a pre-filled email composer.

What the report shows: - Company and supplier names, addresses and tax ID numbers, with the tax ID digits laid out in individual boxes. - The certificate number, and the reference of the original certificate when this one is issued as a replacement. - A large "cancelled" mark when the certificate is in cancelled state. - A cross in the correct box for the tax form type (pnd1, pnd3, pnd3a, pnd53) and for who pays the tax (withholding or paid one time). - Income lines grouped by income type, each with date, base amount and tax amount, formatted with two decimals; free-text descriptions are shown for the "other" income types. - Totals of base and tax, and the total tax written out in Thai words. - Dates are printed in Buddhist Era years (Gregorian year + 543).

The email template is addressed to the supplier, uses the supplier's language, mentions the certificate number and total tax amount, and attaches the PDF report. The report uses a dedicated A4 portrait paper format with no margins and a Thai font.
