Maintenance Timesheets Time Control
It allows to track the exact moment when a timesheet line is started (not only the day, but also the minute and second) and let users start and stop timers easily.
auto_awesome What this module does
AI-generated from the code · Odoo 19.0Adds start/stop timer buttons to maintenance requests so technicians can record timesheet time with exact start and end moments, not just the day.
This module connects maintenance requests with the timesheet timer feature. On a maintenance request, users in the timesheet user group see a "Start work" button when no timer is running and a "Stop work" button when one is. These buttons appear in the request form's button box, in the kanban card footer, and in the list view next to the total hours.
Inside the timesheet lines list on the request, the plain date column is replaced by a date and time column, and the lines are ordered by that date and time. Each line also gets small play/stop icons to resume or stop work directly from the list.
The timer buttons are hidden when the related project does not allow timesheets, so the feature only shows where it makes sense. When starting work from a request, the request's project and task are pre-filled on the new timesheet line.
When a user switches timesheets, the module can suggest the most recent timesheet line already linked to the maintenance request being viewed, making it easier to resume the right work. The module is installed automatically and touches the maintenance request model and its form, kanban and list views.

- Click on any existing request or create a new one.
- You can see the same feature in the action buttons box.
Note: All the Start/Resume/Stop features are disabled if you don't belong to the Timesheets/User group or if you are viewing a timesheet that belongs to another user.
