Membership Delegate Partner

This module adds a way to separate who pays for a membership from who actually holds it. On customer invoices and customer refunds you get an extra field, "delegated member", where you can choose a contact. The field is only visible to users who belong to the "Delegated partner in membership" group, so it stays hidden for everyone else.

When an invoice with a delegated member is used to create a membership line, the membership is automatically linked to that delegated contact instead of the invoice's customer. If you later change the delegated member on the invoice, the related membership line is updated to follow the new contact. The same protection applies when the membership line is edited: as long as a delegated member is set on the invoice, the membership keeps pointing to that person and is not overwritten by the invoicing partner.

It touches the invoice (account.move) and membership line (membership.membership_line) records, and adds a hidden access group to control who can use the feature.
