Management System - Review

This module adds a Reviews area under the Management System menu, available to management-system managers. A review record holds a title, an automatic reference (sequence starting with MSR), a date, the management system it belongs to, the list of participants, the policy text, the changes affecting the management systems, a conclusion, and a status that is either Open or Closed.

Inside a review you can add lines. Each line has a title, a type (Action or Nonconformity), a link to an existing action or nonconformity, and a decision text. Depending on the type chosen, the form shows the matching field. Lines can also be managed from their own Review Lines screen.

Business behaviour shown in the code: - The reference is generated automatically when a review is created. - A Close button sets the review to Closed; once closed, the main fields and lines become read-only. - Reviews are listed in list, form and calendar views, with filters for Open and Closed reviews; the list opens filtered on Open by default. - A chatter is available on the review form for messages and activities. - A PDF report named Review report can be printed from a review; it shows the title, reference, date, participants, policies, changes, each line with its action or nonconformity details, and the conclusion. - Multi-company rules restrict reviews and review lines to the allowed companies.
