MIS Builder with PMS Properties

This module extends the MIS Builder reporting tool so that reports can be filtered by property (PMS property). On a report instance (the saved report configuration) you get a new 'PMS Properties' field, shown both in the list and the form view, where you can pick one or more properties with tags.

• When a report instance has properties selected, every period of that report only includes journal items belonging to those properties.
• Each report period also has its own 'PMS Properties' field, visible only when the period source is 'actuals' or 'actuals_alt'. If you set properties on a period, that period is filtered by them; if the report instance itself has properties, those are applied too.
• On the report screen, the interactive filter box gains a 'PMS Properties Filter' selector, so you can change the property filter on the fly and the report recalculates.
• The report header shows a description of the active property filter, for example 'PMS Properties: Property A, Property B', so readers know which properties the numbers cover.

The module touches the report instance and report period models and adds a small backend script for the report widget. It is installed automatically when both MIS Builder and PMS are present.
