MRP Subcontracting Stock Owner Restriction

This module is a small automatic extension that works together with the manufacturing and stock-owner restriction features. It changes what happens when someone edits the owner field on a manufacturing order (mrp.production).

• If the owner is changed and the order's owner restriction setting is not "standard_behavior", Odoo deletes the detailed component lines (move_line_raw_ids) of that order before saving the change.
• This prevents component move lines that belonged to the previous owner from staying attached to the order, which could otherwise create unrelated or incorrect stock movements.
• The module installs automatically when both mrp_subcontracting and mrp_stock_owner_restriction are present, so no separate installation step is needed.

It does not add new menus, screens, buttons or reports. It only adds this automatic cleanup rule on the manufacturing order model. Users will notice it indirectly: after changing the owner on a non-standard manufacturing order, the detailed component lines are gone and must be recreated if needed.
