Partner Contact Department

This module adds a simple department directory to the Contacts app and a Department field on contact records.

What users can do: - Create departments, with an optional parent department, so departments can be organised in a hierarchy (child departments are shown on the department form). - Pick a department on a contact form; the field appears next to the job position and is hidden for companies, so it is meant for individual people. - The same Department field is also available when adding or editing a contact directly from a company's list of contacts. - In the Contacts search view, filter or group contacts by department.

Where it appears in Odoo: - A Departments menu under the Contacts configuration menu, opening an editable list of departments. - A department form showing name, parent department and child departments. - The contact form and the contact search filters.

Business rules and behaviours: - A department name is mandatory. - A department that has child departments cannot be deleted while those children still point to it. - Departments are sorted by their position in the hierarchy, then by name.

Access: internal users and portal/public users can read departments; partner managers can create, edit and delete them.

The module touches the contact model res.partner and introduces the new department model res.partner.department.
