Delivery Indications by Customer to Carrier

This module adds a small reference list of delivery instructions that you can attach to a customer.

• A new screen, reachable from the Delivery menu in Inventory, lists all delivery indications. Each entry has a name, a free text with the actual instructions, and an active/archived flag. Entries can be searched by name or text, and archived ones can be filtered out.
• On the customer form, in the Sales & Purchases tab, a new field "Info for Delivery Carrier" lets you pick one of these indications for that customer. A customer can only be linked to one indication, and an indication that is still used by a customer cannot be deleted.
• Access rights: warehouse users can only read the list; warehouse managers can create, edit and delete entries; salespeople can create and edit but not delete.

The module does not automatically print or send the instruction anywhere; it only stores the link between the customer and the chosen indication so other processes can use it. It touches the customer record (res.partner) and adds the new model res.partner.delivery.info.
