Partner Mobile Format and Duplicate Checker

This module adds a company-level option that prevents duplicate mobile numbers on contacts. It appears in Odoo under the General Settings screen, in a new "Mobile validation" section, as a checkbox labelled "Filter duplicate partner moblie number" with the explanation "Require partner mobile number to be unique". The setting is company-specific, so each company can decide separately whether duplicate mobiles are allowed.

When the checkbox is enabled, every time a contact (res.partner) is saved, Odoo checks whether another partner already uses the same mobile number. If a duplicate is found, the save is refused and the user sees an error saying the mobile number already exists for another partner and that this is not supported when duplicate mobile numbers are not allowed.

The check only looks at partners that have a mobile number filled in. It also respects company ownership: it compares against partners that either belong to no company or belong to the same company as the contact being saved. The partner being edited is excluded from the comparison so it does not conflict with itself.

If the checkbox is left off, nothing changes and duplicate mobile numbers remain allowed. The module only touches contacts and the settings screen; it does not add menus, reports or scheduled actions.
