Partner Uom Mapping

This module adds a new table called Partner Uom where you can link a contact to an Odoo unit of measure and write the equivalent name that the partner uses for it.

• Each line stores a contact, an Odoo unit of measure, and the partner's own wording for that unit.
• The list is editable directly in the grid, and archived lines appear greyed out.
• A search view lets you filter by contact, by unit of measure, or by the partner's wording, and group the list by contact.
• The screen is available from the Contacts configuration menu, under the name Partner Uom, and only users in the Partner UOM group can see it.
• Regular users can read the mapping; only partner managers can create, edit or delete entries.
• The system prevents saving two active lines with the same contact, same Odoo unit of measure and same partner wording.
• Each line's display name is built automatically as contact name, partner wording, and Odoo unit name, so it is easy to recognise in lists and links.
• Lines can be archived instead of deleted, and archived lines are excluded from the duplicate check.

The module touches contacts (res.partner) and units of measure (uom.uom). It does not change sales, purchases or stock documents; it only stores the mapping for reference or for other modules to use.
