Point of Sale - Accented Product Search

This module changes how the Point of Sale search box matches product names. When a cashier types a search term, the term and the product names are both converted to a plain form where accented letters are treated like their unaccented equivalents, so "cafe" finds "café" and "café" finds "cafe".

• It applies to product search inside the Point of Sale interface, including searches limited to a product category.
• The conversion also handles the special letters "œ" and "Œ" by treating them as "oe".
• No new menus, buttons, reports, or settings screens are added; the change is invisible and works automatically in the existing search box.
• It only affects the Point of Sale product database used by the cashier screen; it does not change product names, prices, stock, or any other data.
• It depends on the standard Point of Sale module and loads its behaviour into the Point of Sale assets.

Because the module only adjusts the search matching logic, users do not need to configure anything. The benefit is faster and more reliable product lookup when product names contain accents, which is common for products in French, Spanish, and other languages.
