Sale Financial Risk in POS

This module connects the financial risk rules used in Sales with the Point of Sale screen, so the same credit checks apply when a POS order is converted into a sales order.

When the cashier creates a sales order from the POS (for example, for a delivery order), the system calculates the order total including taxes and rounding, then compares it with the customer's risk settings: whether the customer is already flagged with a risk exception, whether the new order would exceed the allowed sales order risk, and whether it would exceed the overall financial risk including the credit limit.

If a limit is exceeded, a message explains the problem. A user who belongs to the risk manager group can confirm and continue anyway; other users see an error and the sales order is not created.

• The check happens on the POS screen when creating the sales order.
• The customer's risk fields are read from the backend at that moment.
• The bypass choice is passed to the sales order creation so the backend accepts it.
• The POS session tells the front end whether the current user is a risk manager.
