Procurement Auto Create Group Carrier

This is a small technical bridge module that connects two other OCA modules: one that automatically creates procurement groups from stock rules, and one that links delivery carriers to procurement groups. It does not add any new screen, menu or button.

What it changes in Odoo:

• When Odoo prepares the data used to automatically create a procurement group from a stock rule, this module adds the delivery carrier found on the delivery address of the rule's partner.
• The carrier is taken from the delivery address configured on the partner (the property_delivery_carrier_id field). If no carrier is set on that address, nothing is added and the behaviour stays as before.
• The carrier is then stored on the procurement group, which is the grouping used to organise related stock moves and transfers.

It touches the stock.rule model by extending the way procurement group data is prepared. Because it is an auto-install module, it activates by itself as soon as both dependency modules are present, with no configuration needed from the user. Its effect is visible indirectly: transfers grouped by procurement rules will carry the carrier coming from the delivery address, which helps keep shipping information consistent across grouped deliveries.
