Procurement Purchase Requisition Generation

This module adds a choice on the product form so you can decide how Odoo should buy a product when stock runs low.

• On the product template (Purchasing tab, Reordering group, hidden for services) a new 'Procurement' radio field offers two options: 'Create a draft purchase order' (the default) or 'Propose a call for tenders'.

When a product is set to 'Propose a call for tenders', the automatic replenishment logic no longer creates a request for quotation. Instead, it looks for an existing draft blanket order for the same company and procurement group; if none exists it creates one, then adds the needed product lines to it. The blanket order records the origin, planned date, warehouse and procurement group, and each line keeps the product, quantity, unit of measure and the linked stock move.

Products left on the default option continue to behave as before and produce draft purchase orders.

The replenishment notification also changes: when a blanket order line is created, the notification links to the blanket order form (action 'Blanket Order') instead of the purchase order.

The module touches product.template, purchase.requisition, stock.rule and the product.replenish wizard, and depends on purchase_requisition_stock.
