Pricelist Rule UoM

When you create a pricing rule on a pricelist, you can now choose the unit of measure (UoM) in which the minimum quantity is expressed, instead of always using the product's default unit.

• On the pricelist rule form, two new fields appear after the minimum quantity: "Min. Quantity in UoM" and "UoM". They are only shown when the rule applies to a specific product or product variant.
• The UoM is filled in automatically from the product's own unit of measure, but you can change it.
• When you change the product, the UoM, or the minimum quantity in UoM, Odoo recalculates the standard minimum quantity of the rule by converting your value into the product's unit of measure. The conversion uses Odoo's unit-of-measure conversion and respects the product's quantity precision.
• In the pricelist form, the rules list now shows the minimum quantity in the chosen UoM and the UoM itself, while the original minimum quantity column is hidden.

This affects the product.pricelist.item model (pricing rules) and the product.pricelist model (pricelists). No new menus are added; the changes appear inside the existing pricelist and pricelist rule screens.
