Project Task Description Template

This module adds a library of reusable description templates for project tasks. Project managers can create, edit and archive templates, each with a name and a rich-text description, and templates are linked to a company so each company sees its own.

Where it appears in Odoo: - A new menu "Task Description Templates" under Project configuration, listing all templates. - A template form with name, active flag, company and a Description tab. - On the project task form, a new "Description template" field appears next to the tags.

Automatic behaviour: when you pick a template on a task, its description text is appended to whatever is already in the task description, so you can combine several templates or add your own notes. The template field is only a helper and is not stored on the task.

Access rules: project managers can create, change and delete templates; regular project users can only read them. A company rule restricts templates to the user's allowed companies (plus shared ones with no company).

It touches the project task screen and the new template model, and does not change any other project behaviour.
