Project Task Send By Mail

This module adds a single button, "Send by Email", on the project task form, placed just before the stage field. Any internal user can click it to open Odoo's standard email composition window, already filled in with a prepared message about the task.

The prepared message is a mail template called "Task Order - Send by Email". It is addressed to the task's contact (partner_id) and written in that contact's language. The subject includes the company name and the task reference, and the body greets the contact, shows the task name, its deadline and the responsible user as a contact person, then closes with the company signature block (address, phone, website). The email is sent from the responsible user's address when one is set.

The template also attaches the task report PDF, so the recipient receives both the message and the printed task document. Sent emails are stored as messages on the task, and the generated attachment is deleted automatically afterwards.

No new menus or screens are created; the change appears only inside the existing task form. The module extends the project.task model and relies on the task report module for the PDF attachment.
