Incoming Products In Purchase

This module brings back a reporting screen that shows every product you are expecting to receive, regardless of which purchase order or receipt it belongs to.

Where it appears: - A new menu item called 'Incoming Products' is added under the Purchase > Products menu. - It opens a list (tree) and kanban view of stock moves, with a form view also available.

What it shows: - Only incoming moves are listed: moves whose operation type is 'incoming', coming from a non-internal location and going to an internal location. In other words, goods arriving into your warehouse. - The list uses the standard receipt move views from the Inventory app, so columns and buttons look familiar. - A default filter 'future' is applied, so you first see what is still to come.

What users can do: - Browse all pending incoming products in one screen. - Filter by vendor name or purchase order reference to narrow the list. - Confirm received products using the buttons on each line.

Business rules and behaviours: - The screen is read from stock.move records; no new fields or automatic computations are added by this module. - The default filter and context make the view open focused on future receipts.
