Purchase Order Hide Receipt Status

This module makes a small visual change to purchase orders: it removes the receipt status information from the screen.

• On the purchase order form (the full page you open for one order), the receipt status field is set to invisible.
• On the purchase order list view (the table of many orders), the same receipt status column is also set to invisible.

Nothing else changes: no new menus, no new buttons, no new rules, no automatic calculations, no emails or scheduled actions. The module only adjusts how the existing purchase order screens look by hiding one piece of information.

It applies to the purchase.order model and builds on the standard purchase and stock integration (purchase_stock). The purpose is to avoid confusion for users who might otherwise see receipt status details that are not relevant to their daily work.

Because the change is purely a display setting, existing data and processes are untouched. If you later need the receipt status back, it can be shown again by adjusting the view.
