Purchase Order Internal Note

This module gives buyers a private place to write notes on a purchase order without those notes appearing on the document sent to the supplier.

On the purchase order form, a new tab called "Internal Note" appears after the delivery and invoicing tab. It contains a single free-text field with the hint "Define the notes here. It will not be included in the report." Users can type any text there and save it with the order.

The note is stored on the purchase order itself (purchase.order), so it stays with the order throughout its life. Because the field is not added to the printed purchase order report, the supplier never sees it; it is meant for internal communication between team members.

The module does not add any checks, automatic calculations, emails or scheduled actions. It only adds the field and the tab, and it depends on the standard Purchase app.
