Purchase Order Line Menu

This module gives you a single screen listing every purchase order line, so you can analyse purchasing without opening each order one by one.

Where it appears: - A new menu item "Purchase Order Lines" is added under the Purchase menu, opening a list of order lines. - The list can be switched to a pivot view that shows ordered amount by product (rows) and order date (columns).

What you can do: - Filter lines by order status: RFQ, RFQ Sent, To Approve, Purchase Order, Locked and Cancelled. - Filter by billing status: Nothing to Bill, Waiting Bills and Fully Billed. - Filter by order date or planned date, and group lines by billing status or order date. - Show or hide extra columns such as order status, billing status, product type, analytic distribution, invoiced quantity, quantity to invoice, received quantity, taxes, tax amount, total and vendor bills.

Automatic behaviour: - The list is sorted by order and line number, and by default only confirmed and locked orders are shown. - Lines that are notes or sections are excluded from the list. - The billing status and order date are stored on each line so they can be filtered and grouped quickly.

It works on the purchase order line model (purchase.order.line) and does not change how orders are created or confirmed.
