Purchase Price Recalculation

This module adds a server action called 'Purchase recalculation' to purchase orders. It appears in the Action menu (the dropdown button) on purchase order records, so users can trigger it directly from an order.

When run, it recalculates every line of the selected purchase order: it re-applies the product's current vendor price and the current taxes configured on the product, replacing the values that were captured when the line was first created. This is useful after a vendor price list or a product tax has been updated and you want the existing order to reflect the new values.

• The action only works while the order is still in an editable state: RFQ, To Approve or similar draft stages. If the order is already confirmed or further along, Odoo blocks the action and shows an error message.
• After recalculation, if the untaxed total or the tax total changed, a note is automatically posted in the order's chatter showing the old and new untaxed amount and tax amount, so there is a trace of what was modified.

The module touches the purchase order and its lines (purchase.order and purchase.order.line) and relies on the standard vendor price and tax logic of the Purchase app. No new menus or reports are added.
