Purchase Reception Status Line

This module gives each purchase order line its own reception status, so buyers can see line by line how much of what was ordered has actually arrived.

• On a confirmed or done purchase order, every line shows one of four statuses: Nothing Received, Partially Received, Fully Received or Over Received. The status is calculated automatically from the ordered quantity compared with the received quantity.
• The line status is shown on the order form next to the received quantity, and can be added as an optional column in the purchase order lines list. It is hidden by default there.
• In the purchase order lines search view, new filters let users list lines that are Nothing Received, Partially Received, Fully Received or Over Received.
• Purchase managers can tick a "force received" toggle on a line to mark it as Fully Received even if quantities are not complete. This toggle is only visible to purchase managers and cannot be changed on draft orders.
• The purchase order's own reception status now takes the line statuses into account: the order becomes Fully Received when all lines are fully received, and Partially Received when at least one line is fully or partially received.
• The order-level "force received" flag is set automatically when all lines are fully received and at least one line was manually forced. Ticking it on the order forces all not-yet-full lines; unticking it clears the forced lines and recalculates their status.
• Changes to the forced flag are tracked in the chatter, and purchase order lines now include chatter and activity tracking.
