Purchase Report Menu Move

This module makes the purchase analysis report easier to find by placing it in the Reporting section of the Purchase app.

• It adds a new menu item called "Purchase Analysis" under the existing Purchase Reporting menu (purchase.purchase_report).
• The menu opens the standard purchase order analysis report (purchase.action_purchase_order_report_all), so no new report is created; it simply relocates the access point.
• It is set to appear first in that Reporting menu (sequence 0).

No new models, fields, business rules, checks, or automated actions are introduced. The module only changes navigation: users who look for purchase analysis under Reporting will now find it there instead of having to search elsewhere. It depends on the standard Purchase app and is not installed automatically.
