Purchase Request Product Usage

This module links purchase requests to the product usage concept from the Purchase Product Usage module. On a purchase request, each request line gets a new Usage field, visible only to users in the product usage group.

Where it appears: - On the purchase request form, the Usage column is added to the lines list and to the line detail form. - On the standalone purchase request line form. - In the purchase request line search filters, so lines can be found by usage. - In the wizard that turns request lines into a purchase order, the Usage column is shown in the list of items to order.

Automatic behaviour: - When a user picks a usage on a request line and the line has no product yet, Odoo automatically fills in the product linked to that usage. - When the request lines are converted into a purchase order, the usage is copied onto the purchase order line. If a matching purchase order line already exists, the search for that line also takes the usage into account, so lines with different usages are not merged.

Access rights are added so purchase request users can read product usages, while purchase request managers can create, edit and delete them.
