Access all OUs' Purchase Agreement

By default, when Operating Units are used, users only see Purchase Agreements belonging to the Operating Units assigned to them. This module adds a new security group called "Access all OUs' Purchase Agreement" under the Operating Units category.

• Users placed in this group are no longer limited to their own Operating Units for Purchase Agreements and their lines.
• The record rules that normally filter Purchase Agreements by Operating Unit are changed so that members of the group can access records from all Operating Units.
• Records with no Operating Unit set remain visible to everyone, as before.
• Users who are not in the group keep the standard behaviour: they only see Purchase Agreements linked to their own Operating Units.

There are no new menus, buttons, reports or scheduled actions. The change is purely about who can see which Purchase Agreements. It touches the Purchase Agreement and Purchase Agreement Line records and relies on the Operating Units feature, so the Operating Units module and the Purchase Agreement Operating Unit module must be installed. To use it, an administrator simply adds the relevant users to the new group in the user settings.
