Purchase Requisition Order Remaining Qty

This module extends the Purchase Agreements (purchase requisitions) feature in Odoo. It adds a new choice called "Use remaining quantities of agreement" to the agreement type configuration. When this option is selected on an agreement type, any request for quotation (RFQ) created from that agreement will automatically be filled with only the quantity that has not yet been ordered, instead of the full agreed quantity.

On each agreement line, a new computed field proposed_qty shows the total quantity already proposed in non-cancelled RFQs linked to the agreement. This field is visible on the agreement form (hidden by default) right after the ordered quantity.

When a user creates an RFQ from an agreement using this type, the system calculates the remaining quantity (agreed quantity minus already proposed quantity) and uses that as the order line quantity. If the remaining quantity is zero, the line is automatically removed from the RFQ.

The module affects the models purchase.requisition.type, purchase.requisition.line, and purchase.order. It does not add new menus; it only adds a field to the existing agreement form and a new option in the agreement type settings.
