Purchase Split Route

This module helps you control how automatic purchase orders are grouped when they come from sales orders that use different routes.

On each stock route (Inventory > Configuration > Routes) you get a new checkbox called 'Split Purchase by Route'. When it is ticked, purchases generated from sales orders using that route are kept separate instead of being merged into one purchase order.

Purchase orders also get a new 'Default Route' field. When Odoo creates a purchase order automatically from a sales order or from a reordering rule, it fills this field with the route of the related sales order or with the route of the reordering rule.

The grouping rule works like this: if the sales order's route has the split option enabled, the purchase order keeps its normal grouping; if the split option is not enabled, Odoo adds the route to the search criteria used to find an existing purchase order, so only purchase orders with the same route are reused.

This affects purchase.order, purchase.order.line, stock.route and stock.rule. No new menus or reports are added; the only visible change is the new checkbox on the route form and the route field on purchase orders.
