Purchase Work Acceptance Evaluation

This module adds a quality evaluation step to Work Acceptance documents. Once the feature is switched on in Purchase settings ("Enable Evaluation on Work Acceptance"), an Evaluation tab appears on the Work Acceptance form.

• You define your own evaluation criteria (called cases, e.g. Delivery Time, Product Quality) with a list of possible answers and a numeric score for each answer. Criteria are managed from the Purchase configuration menu.
• Each criterion can be set to be required at Draft or at Accepted status of the Work Acceptance.
• Every Work Acceptance automatically gets one evaluation line per active criterion; you pick a score and can add a free-text note. Lines only become editable when the Work Acceptance reaches the status required by the criterion.
• When you click Accept on a Work Acceptance, Odoo checks that all criteria required at that status have a score. If any are missing, it blocks the action and shows a message listing the criteria to evaluate.
• A Work Acceptance Evaluation Report (list, form, pivot and graph) shows vendor, Work Acceptance reference, status, accepted date, criterion, score and note, with filters for accepted/not accepted and grouping by vendor, Work Acceptance, criterion or score. It is limited to your allowed companies.

Only Purchase managers can create or change criteria; regular purchase users can read them and fill in evaluation results.
