Hotel Reservation Management - Reporting

This module gives hotel staff a quick way to see how many reservations exist for each reservation number and in which status they are.

Where it appears in Odoo: - A new menu "Reports" is added under the Hotel Management menu, and inside it the item "States By Reservation". - Opening it shows a report screen that can be displayed as a pivot table, a graph or a simple list.

What the report shows: - The reservation number, its status (Draft, Confirm, Done or Cancel) and the number of reservations counted for that combination. - The search bar offers filters for Draft, Confirm and Done reservations, and you can search by status.

How it works: - The data is not stored by hand: it is built automatically from the existing hotel reservations, so it always reflects the current reservation records. It is read-only, so users cannot create, edit or delete report lines.

Who can use it: - Access is granted to the standard hotel user group, with read-only permission.

Which areas it touches: - It relies on the hotel reservation data and adds the reporting model report.hotel.reservation.status with its list, form, search and graph views.
