res_currency_rate_provider_BCV

This module plugs into the Currency Rate Update feature and adds a new provider option called "BCV scrapping". When selected, Odoo reads the BCV website and retrieves the current exchange rate for the US dollar, euro, Chinese yuan, Russian ruble and Turkish lira.

Where it appears: - In the currency rate update wizard, the provider list now includes "BCV scrapping". - The date range fields are hidden for this provider, and a note says "Se tomará la tasa de Hoy" (today's rate will be used).

Business rules and automatic behaviour: - The provider is set as the default service for currency rate providers. - Only the five currencies above are supported; the Bolívar (Bs, VES, VEF, VED) is treated as the base with a rate of 1. - Rates are fetched live from the BCV website using the Caracas time zone, so the date recorded matches Venezuelan local time. - If the website cannot be reached or a value cannot be read, the module simply logs the problem and returns no rate for that currency, without blocking the rest.

It touches the res.currency.rate.provider model and the currency rate update wizard view. No new menus are added; the functionality is used from the existing currency rate update screen.
