Sale Commission Product Criteria Semaphore

This module extends the existing product-criteria commission rules with an extra filter: the semaphore status of the sale line.

• On each commission rule line you can now pick a semaphore value: green, yellow or red, or leave it empty.
• When Odoo looks for the commission rule to apply to a line, it first keeps the usual product/category rules, then prefers a rule whose semaphore matches the line's semaphore. Rules with no semaphore remain valid as a generic fallback.
• The semaphore shown on settlement lines is automatically taken from the related invoice line, so you do not enter it manually.
• The semaphore column is visible in the commission rule list and form, in the commission form's rule lines, and in the settlement lines list.
• The settlement report now shows a coloured dot per line and a summary table with the total settled amount per semaphore colour (green, yellow, red and no colour).

It touches the commission rule (commission.item), the commission line logic (commission.line.mixin) and the settlement line (commission.settlement.line), and adjusts the settlement report template.
