Auto Refresh Coupons with Delivery line

This is a small bridge module that makes two existing automatic features work together on a sales order (sale.order).

• One feature adds a delivery line automatically to the order; the other automatically applies coupons or promotions. Without this bridge, each one could trigger the other again, causing repeated or conflicting updates.

The module changes two automatic behaviours on the sales order:

• When the delivery line is refreshed automatically, the coupon recalculation is skipped, so promotions are not recomputed at that moment.
• When coupon lines are recomputed, the delivery line refresh is skipped, so the delivery charge is not added or changed again during that step.

There are no new menus, screens, buttons or reports, and no new fields. Users do not see a new screen; they simply get consistent results when a free-shipping coupon and a delivery line are both handled automatically on the same order. The module installs itself automatically when both related modules are present.
