Sale Credit Points

This module adds a credit point balance to every customer contact. On the contact form you see a "Points" button showing the current balance and the points added this year; clicking it opens a small window where you can replace, increase or decrease points for one or several contacts, with a mandatory reason.

Business rules: - A customer's balance can never go below zero; a validation error stops it unless the user belongs to the "Manage credit point" group or the check is bypassed. - When a sales order is confirmed, Odoo compares the order total with the customer's available points. If the total is higher, confirmation is blocked with a message showing the amount and the available credit. - If the check passes, the order total is automatically deducted from the customer's points. - When a confirmed sales order is cancelled, the points are given back.

Every change is stored in a Credit Points History list (partner, operation, amount, date, comment), reachable from Sales > Configuration > Credit point history, with filters for the current year and grouping by customer. A dedicated "Manage credit point" group controls who can bypass the zero-balance rule.
