Sale Loyalty Initial Date Validity

This module adds a date check to the promotion and loyalty programs that Odoo suggests on a sales order. It works together with the sale loyalty features and the base rule that validates a promotion's initial date.

What changes for users:

• On a sales order, only promotions and loyalty programs that have no start date or whose start date is today or earlier are proposed.
• Promotions that are planned to start in the future are hidden from the sales order until their start date arrives.
• The same rule is applied to the rewards/triggers linked to those programs, so a future program's reward cannot be triggered either.

The check is based on the current date in the user's time zone, so it follows the company/user calendar day rather than a fixed server date. It extends the existing logic of sale.order by adding the date condition to the program search and to the trigger search. No new menus, buttons, reports or scheduled jobs are added; the module only refines which promotions are available when working on a quotation or sales order.
