Sale Order General Discount Payment Term

This module links payment terms to the general discount used on sale orders. On the payment term form (Accounting configuration), a new "Discount (%)" field is added next to the company field, so you can record a percentage discount per payment term and per company.

When a sale order is created or its payment term is changed, Odoo automatically looks at the discount stored on the selected payment term. If that payment term has a discount, it is copied into the order's general discount. If the payment term has no discount, the standard behaviour of the general discount module is used instead (for example, a discount coming from the customer).

• New field: Discount (%) on account.payment.term, company-dependent and tracked in the chatter.
• Automatic rule: the sale order's general discount is recomputed whenever the payment term changes.
• Fallback: when the payment term has no discount, the usual general discount logic applies.

The module touches account.payment.term and sale.order. It does not add new menus or reports; the new field appears directly on the existing payment term form.
