Sale order line hidden in report

This module adds a small toggle on each line of a quotation, sale order and invoice. When the toggle is switched off, that line no longer appears in the document the customer sees (printed report or portal view), but it stays in Odoo and still counts in the totals.

Where it appears: - On the sale order form, in the order lines list, a "display_in_report" toggle is available (hidden by default, you can show it from the optional columns menu). - On the invoice form, the same toggle is available on the invoice lines list.

Business rules and automatic behaviour: - New lines are visible in reports by default. - A line that has a non-zero total cannot be hidden: the toggle is locked and hidden for such lines, and if a line with an amount is set to hidden, the system automatically turns it back on. - When a sale order line is hidden and later invoiced, the hidden status is carried over to the created invoice line, so the customer does not see it on the invoice either.

Areas touched: sale orders (sale.order, sale.order.line) and invoices (account.move, account.move.line). The module changes which lines are included when building the customer-facing documents, without changing the underlying amounts.
